ReplyThey do the best they can. Modot is short staffed just like so many other departments. If you don't like the job, go and apply for job
ReplyAs a Republican State it will be conducted in a professional and efficient manner ensuring the mission is accomplished and the citizens are well served. If it were a democrat state the drivers would vetted ensuring only the unqualified work the road as their mission does not include citizen service
