The voters at this point know in all probability that he is corrupt and act accordingly. After an expensive election they would end up with another politician on the take and have nothing to show for

he should not resign AND Puerto Rico needs to be released from territorial status of The USA. PR compites as its own nation so why should The USA still "own" PR. time to set it free.
